Understanding the Tor network

This poster I created in 2018 in tabloid size subsequently became a chapter of the book How the Internet Really Works. An Illustrated Guide to protocols, privacy, censorship, and governance. In 2021, the Torproject asked us to update the poster and you can now download a new version from the mini-website and the Tor community portal.

Researchers investigating the Re-figuration of spaces at Technical University of Berlin have illustrated a blog post with the Tor network illustration (2022).
